Residential & Commercial Real Estate Leader

Born and raised in Campbell County, Ken spent six years in the military where he graduated from the Naval Nuclear Power Program and was in charge of the nuclear reactor aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.  It was not long though until Ken returned to the “Old Kentucky Home” and began finding great success in the real estate industry.

His career spans being a sales agent with West Shell Realtors to Broker/Owner of the Realty Executives franchise for Kentucky and Ohio. In 2002, he blazed a new trail and started Ken Perry Realty, a firm split between sale and construction of single-family residences, small commercial land and building development, and land development for residential communities. And as of 2008, he started the only online real estate school in Kentucky, the Northern Kentucky Real Estate College.

Despite the hours a successful real estate career requires, Ken has found time to be active in his industry and community in several ways: former member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service, past president of the Re/Max Brokers Council, and advisory board for First Alliance Life Insurance Corporation.  Ken has also served on two consecutive four-year terms as Commissioner of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission from 2005-2013. And recently he was nominated to become a member of the coveted Board of Regents of Northern Kentucky University.
